Call for Online Submissions for Imbolc/Ostara
We are looking for submissions of poetry, art, photography, articles, recipes, and/or calendar events for our Third issue which will be coming out around Imbolc . Send us your favorite recipes, crafts, stories, poems, photos, art etc. centered around Imbolc and Ostara..
This newsletter, put out by Seattle CUUPS, will be available online and in print to our subscribers. If you would like to subscribe, there is a subscription button on the about us page. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for published articles at this time; however, everyone who is published in our newsletter will receive a free printed copy and a small gift as a thank you. (Please provide your snail address at the time of submission if you would like to be included in this).

Please send only previously unpublished works to editor@crossquarters.org.
You may send in as many submissions as you wish regardingYuleor a general subject about witchcraft or pagan themes. We will only print in black and white, though the online newsletter will be in full RGB color.Entries not conforming to submission guidelines will not be considered for publication.
Submission Guidelines:

Please send only attachments; nothing in the body of the e-mail will be considered for publication.
Make sure your name, e-mail address, type of submission, and title, if any, is on top of the page of each submission.
Article Guidelines:
750 words or less
Only Times New Roman or Arial font
Double Spaced
Please attach a Word, Word Pad, or Open office file only
Write your name, e-mail address, title, and # of words, and “article” on the top of the page of each submission.
Poetry Guidelines:
20 lines or less, please
Only Times New Roman or Arial font
Double Spaced
Please attach a Word, Word Pad, or Open office file only
Write your name, e-mail address, title, if any, # of lines, and “poetry” on the top of the page of each submission.
Photography / Art Guidelines:
400 x 600 pixels or less
Electronically scanned or digitally created
TIFF, or JPEG (JPG), or GIF file
Write your name, e-mail address, title, if any, and “photography/art” on the top of the e-mail message.
Recipe Guidelines:
Please follow Poetry Guidelines, except type “recipes” on the top of the page of each submission.
Calendar Guidelines:
Please follow Poetry Guidelines, except type “calendar” on the top of the page of each submission. We will accept calendar requests for events from 2/1/2008-4/30/2008.
Don’t forget to put in the 4 W’s: who, where, when, and what to bring!
